No doctor and patient relationship
Browsing this site or submitting an appointment request does not create a doctor and patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you are seen and accepted as a patient of the practice.
Appointment requests
Requests submitted online are not confirmed appointments. Our team will contact you to confirm availability. Same-day emergency scheduling depends on the day's capacity. Calling the office is always the fastest way to be seen.
Insurance and fees
We accept many PPO insurance plans. Coverage, benefits, and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan and by treatment. Any estimate shared before treatment is not a guarantee of payment by your insurer.
